Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and freeaichat.bot ("freeaichat.bot," "we," "us") covering your use of the freeaichat.bot service. By creating an account or using freeaichat.bot, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use freeaichat.bot.

1. What freeaichat.bot is

freeaichat.bot is an AI chatbot you add to your website. It greets your visitors, answers their questions, and can capture their contact details as leads for you to follow up on.

2. Who can use it

You must be able to form a binding contract and be at least 18 years old. If you're using freeaichat.bot for a business, you confirm you're authorised to act for it.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. The free plan, and paid features

freeaichat.bot's free plan is genuinely free - no credit card to start, and no trial countdown. We may also offer paid features or plans (for example, a Pro plan). If you choose a paid feature, we'll clearly describe the terms and pricing first, and we won't charge you without your consent. We won't quietly start billing a free account.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use freeaichat.bot to: break the law; send spam or harass people; collect data you have no right to collect; infringe others' rights; impersonate anyone; attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; or use the chatbot to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

6. Your responsibilities (especially about your visitors)

• You control your visitors' data. You're responsible for telling your visitors how their data is used (your own privacy notice) and for getting any consent the law requires before freeaichat.bot captures it.
• You're responsible for the content and accuracy of the information you give freeaichat.bot to answer with.
• You'll comply with applicable laws, including privacy and marketing laws, in how you use freeaichat.bot and follow up with leads.

7. AI answers - accuracy and limits

freeaichat.bot uses AI to generate responses. Its answers may sometimes be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. freeaichat.bot doesn't provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, and so on). You're responsible for the information freeaichat.bot draws on and for reviewing how it represents your business. Don't rely on freeaichat.bot for anything where an error could cause harm.

8. Your content and data

The information you provide and the leads and conversations freeaichat.bot captures for you remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process that content so we can provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our intellectual property

freeaichat.bot - including the software, branding, and site - belongs to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use freeaichat.bot under these terms. Don't copy, resell, or create derivative works from it except as allowed by law. You keep ownership of the content you submit.

10. Third-party services

freeaichat.bot relies on third-party providers, such as AI and hosting services. We're not responsible for their services, and their terms may also apply.

11. Service availability

We work to keep freeaichat.bot available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

12. Disclaimers

freeaichat.bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including that it will be error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, freeaichat.bot won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.

14. Termination

You can stop using freeaichat.bot and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. On termination, you can export your data first; after that we may delete it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll let you know. Continuing to use freeaichat.bot after changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to freeaichat.bot's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
